Purchase, delivery & returns

Your print and price

Check your area, title, size and finish on the order preview before you pay. Your print is made as shown there. Printed colours can differ slightly from your screen.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Payment

At checkout your card is authorised for the order total. We check your print file before taking payment and sending it to print. If we cannot make your print, we cancel the authorisation and you are not charged.

We email you when your order is confirmed and when it is dispatched. Please check your email and delivery address before paying.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Tracking is included in your dispatch email when the carrier provides it. Contact us promptly if your parcel is missing or damaged.

Returns

Prints made to your chosen area or wording are personalised, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Ready-made Bartholomew editions are not personalised. If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days of delivery and return the print unused within a further 14 days. Return postage is yours to pay. We refund the price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it.

If something is wrong

If your print arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us with photos and we will replace it or refund you, including any return costs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
